Loop Health Audit & Coolant Testing

Lab-verified coolant analysis and loop assessment for liquid-cooled data centers in BC and Alberta. Fixed price, 48-hour report.

The problem

What's at stake

A modern cold plate has channels thinner than a human hair. Depleted inhibitors, drifting pH, glycol breakdown and bacterial growth all happen silently, and any of them can end in fouling, corrosion or a leak above hardware worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Most operators have never had a baseline analysis of the fluid their uptime depends on.

LHA-01 · SCOPE

  • On-site fluid sampling from supply, return and dead-leg points
  • Accredited-lab analysis: pH, glycol concentration, inhibitor reserve, metals, particulates, bacteria
  • Visual and pressure inspection of accessible loop components
  • Leak-detection coverage review against where liquid can actually go wrong
  • Findings scored by risk, with photographs and lab certificates attached

What you receive

A prioritized written report within 48 hours of the visit: every reading against its OCP and manufacturer reference range, every finding ranked, every recommended action costed. A document you can hand directly to your warranty provider or insurer.

Our commitment

Fixed price, quoted before we arrive. If the report is late, the audit is free. All sampling follows our published Loop Health Protocol, the same steps in the same order at every site.
